\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Reporting to the Distribution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
\nManaging an assigned route or territory efficiently
\nAchieving set daily sales targets and KPIs
\nFollowing and servicing the full customer journey plan
\nEnsuring all listed customers are visited and sold to
\nMaintaining required strike and call rates daily
\nTaking great care of company property, including devices and sales vans
\nEngaging with customers at reseller and retailer levels
\nHandling BAT product stock with precision\u2014avoiding shortages or overages
\nVerifying, loading, and safeguarding stock in the sales vehicle
\nKeeping the sales van clean inside and ou
\nEnsuring all sales are system-captured and receipts issued
\nRecruiting new customers to grow the base and sales volume
\nConducting and managing sales promotions effectively
\nReporting any road traffic accidents immediately
\nSafeguarding company assets and being accountable for promotional materials
\nDisplaying loyalty, diligence, and high work performance
\nUsing the \u201cfreedom through responsibility\u201d approach effectively<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate
\nValid Class C or better driver\u2019s license
\nMust be able to drive a manual vehicle with 2 years\u2019 experience (strict requirements)
\nPrior experience in distribution or sales (FMCG industry preferred)
\nHonest, dependable, and results-oriented
\nPhysically fit and able to work in the field
\nStrong customer service and communication skills<\/p>\n
