We handle a diverse product portfolio within the following lines of businesses: Cosmetics, Hardware, Home Appliances and FMCG.<br \/>\nJob Title: Accounts Reconciliation Clerk<\/p>\n<p>Day to day Responsibilities include:<br \/>\nEnsuring timely preparation and reconciliation of statements.<br \/>\nFollow up accounts of all Chain stores to ensure sure statements are shared and payments are made timely.<br \/>\nFollow up unpaid invoices and ensure all copies of invoices are received and filed.<br \/>\nPreparing accounting sheets in the first 5 days of every month.<br \/>\nEnsuring all claims are entered and verified.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 Certificate with 5 \u2018O\u2019 with credit or better in Mathematics and English<br \/>\n1-year proven experience as reconciliation clerk.<br \/>\nDiploma in Accounting, ZICA or related field<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nDesirable skills and attributes<\/p>\n<p>Communication<br \/>\nOrganization<br \/>\nTime management<br \/>\nData analysis<br \/>\nProblem solving<br \/>\nTeamwork<br \/>\nPositive attitude<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
