This role involves crafting compelling posts, growing community engagement, analyzing metrics, and aligning content with our brand\u2019s voice and goals.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nDevelop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).<br \/>\nCreate visually appealing graphics, photos, videos, and written content tailored for each platform.<br \/>\nMonitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform strategy.<br \/>\nRespond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to encourage community interaction.<br \/>\nCollaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.<br \/>\nAnalyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare reports with actionable insights.<br \/>\nManage social media calendars and ensure timely content delivery.<br \/>\nStay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.<br \/>\nCoordinate influencer outreach or partnerships when applicable.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nProven experience as a social media manager or content creator.<br \/>\nProficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.<br \/>\nExcellent writing, editing, and communication skills.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.<br \/>\nCreative mindset with attention to detail.<br \/>\nExperience with photography, videography, and basic editing is a plus.<br \/>\nPreferred Qualifications:<br \/>\nDegree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.<br \/>\nKnowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.<br \/>\nExperience: Two years and above<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
