We\u2019re seeking for a dedicated Farm Foreman to join our team!<br \/>\nLocation: Ndola, near the new airport, Zambia<br \/>\nExperience: Minimum 3 years<br \/>\nQualification: Certificate or Diploma in General Agriculture<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Crop planning, planting, and harvesting.<br \/>\n2. Livestock management, including brooding, \u00a0breeding and health.<br \/>\n3. Equipment maintenance and resource allocation.<br \/>\n4. Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.<br \/>\n5. Staff supervision and training.<br \/>\nRelevant Skills:<br \/>\n1. Good planning, record keeping and organization.<br \/>\n2. Good communication<br \/>\n3. Must be a self-starter and be able to lead and guide a team of workers<br \/>\n4. Must have general knowledge and experience in brooding of pullets and egg production.<br \/>\n5. Must be willing to learn new skills<br \/>\n6. Experience in farm management or a related field.<br \/>\n7. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and regulations.<br \/>\n8. Leadership and communication skills.<br \/>\n10.
