\nJob Description
\nTraining sales agents on the products operations and installation of the products.
\nPerform timely diagnostics and repair on all customers on all practical issues and actions. Regular improvement of all the existing processes in the department.
\nResponsible for the technical after sales services, being the main contact for customers aid and advice on the solar system and its use.
\nTroubleshoot solar systems components and identify problems.
\nBe the main contact for technical problems in the field.
\nPerform testing, trouble shooting and repair of electrical systems and solar equipment.
\nDocument on work performed and components used.
\nAssist product management teams in defining and improving the customer experience.
\nTraining of employees to understand technical and all aspect of solar products.
\nWaste Management ensure non \u2013 use products are dismantled and prepared for waste disposal as per waste management standard policy.
\nCandidate Specification
\nExperience: 2 years plus
\nEducation Level: Diploma Level
\nQualifications: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
\nSoftware: MS Office
\nKnowledge Of: Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults.
\nOther Requirements; A Degree is an added advantage.
