\nPOSITION SUMMARY

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Welcome and attend to clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
\nAnswer incoming phone calls efficiently, direct queries appropriately, and maintain a positive brand image over the phone.
\nManage the front office, including documentation, filing, and administrative coordination.
\nPrepare weekly customer follow-up schedules for the sales team and support execution.
\nDraft letters, quotations, reports, and basic customer order forms accurately and promptly.
\nMaintain organized digital and paper records of communication, customer data, and order logs.
\nMonitor and manage stock requests for solar panels, inverters, and batteries in coordination with the sales and logistics team.
\nSupport internal communication and scheduling across departments.
\nMaintain professionalism and confidentiality in all company operations and correspondence.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
\nDiploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
\n1 \u2013 2 years\u2019 experience in a receptionist, client-facing, or administrative role is an advantage.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT\/computer literacy.
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\nExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
\nExceptional interpersonal skills, friendly, dependable, and confident in customer interaction.
\nAble to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
\nPassion for renewable energy and a desire to contribute to a greener Zambia.<\/p>\n
