About Us:
\nMK Zero Five Zero Four Trust is a dynamic mixed farming enterprise focused on crop and livestock production with a growing footprint in the agribusiness space. We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Agribusiness Officer with a solid background in Agribusiness Management to join our team.
\nPosition Summary:
\nThe Sales & Agribusiness Officer will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and promoting our farm products (such as fresh produce and livestock). The role requires someone with a strong agribusiness foundation, commercial acumen, and a passion for agricultural development.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Promote and sell farm products including eggs, onions, watermelons, and livestock
\nIdentify and develop new markets, customers, and distribution channels
\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support
\nConduct basic market analysis and provide feedback on pricing, demand, and competition
\nSupport product branding, packaging, and delivery logistics
\nMaintain accurate sales records and generate periodic performance reports
\nCollaborate with production teams to forecast demand and plan supply
\nRepresent the Trust at trade shows, markets, and community outreach events<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, Agri-Marketing, or a related field
\nAt least 1\u20133 years of sales experience in the agriculture or Food Supply Chain
\nStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
\nGood understanding agricultural markets and customer needs
\nComputer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email); experience with POS or sales tools is an added advantage
\nSocial Media Marketing skills are a must
\nMust be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision<\/p>\n
