We are seeking a motivated and resourceful General Intern to support our day-to-day operations across various departments. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students. This is an entry level position.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAssist with loan application processing, client onboarding, and document verification<br \/>\nSupport loan officers in client follow-ups, field visits, and collections<br \/>\nHelp maintain and update digital and paper-based records<br \/>\nMaintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.<br \/>\nAssist with marketing campaigns and promotional events<br \/>\nPerform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing etc.<br \/>\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives<br \/>\nHandle incoming and outgoing business phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Quantitative related fields<br \/>\nStrong organizational and communication skills<br \/>\nKnowledge of microfinance principles is an added advantage<br \/>\nStrong arithmetical skills and data entry accuracy.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<br \/>\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative<br \/>\nAbility to work with minimal supervision<br \/>\nStrong ethical conduct and attention to detail<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
