This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines language skills with leadership and coordination duties in a demanding work environment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAct as a communication bridge between Chinese supervisors and local workers.<br \/>\nTranslate instructions and operational directives accurately and clearly.<br \/>\nAssist in managing daily tasks and ensure smooth coordination at the crusher plant.<br \/>\nSupervise and guide general workers, promoting efficiency and safety.<br \/>\nSupport cross-cultural understanding and workplace harmony.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMinimum 2years\u2019 experience working closely with Chinese personnel.<br \/>\nSolid grasp of Chinese culture and cross-cultural communication practices.<br \/>\nMust be a team player who can take initiative and manage site situations confidently.<br \/>\nMust be sober-minded, hardworking, and a quick learner.<br \/>\nAbility to work with general workers and adapt to on-site environment.<br \/>\nA driver\u2019s license is an added advantage but not required.<br \/>\nAdditional Notes:<br \/>\nThis is a remote location, so applicants must be prepared to live and work in a site-based environment.<br \/>\nAccommodation and site provisions will be made available.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
