If you\u2019re hard-working and dedicated apply today!<br \/>\nResponsibilities for Works Specialist<br \/>\nThe successful candidate should able to<br \/>\nUse Electronic engine Service Tool Application; Identifies the suite of available hardware and software tools required for a service event; utilizes the appropriate electronic tool set to maintain the product or diagnose and troubleshoot an issue; interprets electronic tool results or recommendations to determine next steps for service resolution.<br \/>\nEquipment Repair and Maintenance \u2013 Repairs and maintains mechanical\/electrical issues of the engine\/equipment such as compressors, cherry picker, folk lift, gensets etc, following guidelines, using required tools within standard repair time to ensure a quality repair;<br \/>\nService Documentation \u2013 Creates and verifies customer, equipment and technical information; captures specific data using required service tools; follows procedures and documents required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work done<br \/>\nInterprets engineering mechanical drawings for new instalments in order to come up with materials, tools and number of employees to execute the works.<br \/>\nInstall, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems and components<br \/>\nMaintenance and overhaul of diesel welding machines, cherry pickers, diesel pumps, gearboxes etc<br \/>\nExperience in the repair rebuild and overhaul of industrial engine such as Deutz, Kirloskar, Perkins, CAT, Cummins, etc a must<br \/>\nRegular interaction with customers and scheduling of your on-site services<br \/>\nOn-site data collection and predictive analysis, according to company standards<br \/>\nIsolate and identify failure modes in industrial equipment<br \/>\nCreate analytical summary reports according to company standards<br \/>\nCommunicate findings and produce deliverables to customers in a timely and professional way<br \/>\nMaintaining customer relationships with appropriate on-site contacts<br \/>\nPerform equipment walk-downs and gather information when requested<br \/>\nPerform one-off field services when asked by customers or company<br \/>\nAttributes<br \/>\nHumble and respectful attitude, with a strong desire for rapid personal development<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail and ability to absorb technical content<br \/>\nProfessionalism, punctuality, and good time management skills are a must<br \/>\nAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret results and make recommendations<br \/>\nA good understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts is a significant asset<br \/>\nQualifications<br \/>\nDiploma\/Degree in mechanical\/electrical engineering from a reputable institution<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years experience in a busy workshop<br \/>\nExcellent manual dexterity, accuracy and attention to detail<br \/>\nGreat verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\nExperience in using and\/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines<br \/>\nAbility to use precision tools (e.g., callipers) to take accurate measurements<br \/>\nAbility to read blueprints, schematics and manuals<br \/>\nExperience working in an industrial setting is highly desirable<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and remotely<br \/>\nDriving licence Class B\/C a must<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
