Job Purpose
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated\u00a0Account Assistant\u00a0with a foundation in accounting and a drive for continuous learning. The ideal candidate is a young professional currently pursuing a qualification in\u00a0ZICA, ACCA, or CMA, with at least\u00a0one year of practical experience\u00a0in an accounting role. \nKey Responsibilities
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date\u00a0bookkeeping records.
\nAssist in\u00a0accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliations.
\nRecord and analyze\u00a0petty cash expenses\u00a0and ensure proper coding.
\nEnsure proper\u00a0documentation and filing\u00a0of all financial records.
\nAssist in\u00a0monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
\nPrepare\u00a0supporting schedules and basic financial reports\u00a0as needed.
\nSupport the finance team with\u00a0ad-hoc tasks and projects.
\nQualifications & Requirements
\nCurrently pursuing\u00a0a professional qualification in\u00a0ZICA, ACCA, or CMA.
\nMinimum\u00a01 year of accounting experience\u00a0in a similar role.
\nBasic knowledge of\u00a0accounting principles and practices.
\nFamiliarity with\u00a0MS Excel\u00a0and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
\nAge:\u00a0Below 25 years.
