\nRole Overview
\nThe Graphics and Content Lead is responsible for driving the visual and written communication strategy of the logistics company. This role blends creative design execution with strategic content development to support marketing campaigns, digital channels, internal communications, and client-facing materials.
\nThe ideal candidate will translate complex logistics solutions into engaging, brand-aligned content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee the creation of all visual assets including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and internal branding.
\nDesign infographics and visual explainers for logistics processes, service offerings, and supply chain solutions.
\nEnsure consistent application of the company\u2019s brand guidelines across all platforms and materials.
\nManage design timelines and collaborate with external vendors or freelancers as needed.
\nLead content planning and creation for blogs, newsletters, white papers, and website copy.
\nWrite and edit content that simplifies and promotes logistics solutions, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
\nDevelop content calendars and campaign plans in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
\nLead the content creation and visual storytelling for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
\nCreate high-converting visuals and copy for paid advertising and lead generation campaigns.
\nAnalyze engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance.
\nProduce and oversee short-form video content including corporate promos, testimonials, and warehouse walkthroughs.
\nSupervise visual documentation of events, operations, and milestones through photography and videography.<\/p>\n
Qualifications, Skills & Competences<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related fields.
\n4 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or brand marketing\u2014preferably in a B2B or industrial sector.
\nStrong portfolio demonstrating creative work across multiple channels.
\nAdobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
\nCanva or Figma for rapid prototyping and collaborative design
\nStrong command of written English and storytelling for business\/technical audiences.
\nExperience with blog writing, SEO basics, and content marketing
\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (organic + paid)
\nBasic understanding of social media analytics and content performance tracking.
\nVideo editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
\nPhotography and basic photo editing.
\nEmail marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo)<\/p>\n
