{"id":3553,"date":"2025-05-28T15:32:40","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T15:32:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/human-resource-officer-at-limestone-resources-limited\/"},"modified":"2025-08-19T00:14:09","modified_gmt":"2025-08-19T00:14:09","slug":"human-resource-officer-at-limestone-resources-limited","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=3553","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Officer at Limestone Resources Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EXTERNAL<br \/>\nJOB ADVERTISEMENT<br \/>\nLimestone Resources Limited seeks to employ a suitably qualified, experienced and result oriented individual to fill below listed vacancy.<br \/>\nHuman Resource Officer (X1) permanent\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\nReports to: Human Resource &amp; Occupational Health Manager<br \/>\nJob Overview:<br \/>\nTo provide an effective Human Resource advisory service by promoting good industrial relations, interpret and ensure uniform application of Company\u2019s Human Resource Policies and Procedures.<br \/>\nQualifications.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Grade twelve (12) certificate certified with ECZ<br \/>\n\u00b7 Degree in \u00a0Human Resource Management or its equivalent with ZAQA<br \/>\n\u00b7Minimum of 5 years work experience in mining set up.<br \/>\n\u00b7Membership of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.<br \/>\nPrincipal Accountabilities.<br \/>\n\u00b7Verifies all job requisitions against the approved establishment and manning board in order not to recruit above the approved establishment.<br \/>\n\u00b7Processes applications for employment by short-listing of candidates in conjunction with the recruiting departmental head so that only experienced and qualified candidates attend interviews.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Data capture of timecards, recruited employees, salary adjustments and canteen meal entries into payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.<br \/>\n\u00b7Facilitates induction for newly engaged and employees returning from annual leave in order to enhance their settling down.<br \/>\n\u00b7Facilitates annual performance appraisals for non-represented employees and updated the employee files.<br \/>\n\u00b7Provides advice to non-represented employees on industrial relations matters and The Employment Code, Act No.3 of 2019 in order to maintain industrial harmony.<br \/>\n\u00b7Investigates disciplinary cases involving non-represented employees and monitors the handling of grievances and ensure timely execution of cases and in conformity with the Disciplinary Code and Grievance Procedure.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Assist the Clinic Supervisor when need arises in order to provide occupational health services to employees.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Monitors the operations of the canteen and ensures compliance to regulations applicable.<br \/>\n\u00b7 Coordinates and represent the department on safety related activities in order to strengthen safeguard lives of employees and property.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
