POSITION: TRAINEE PROCESS OPERATOR (4)<br \/>\nKey responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and control machinery and equipment used in the<br \/>\nproduction process.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to safety, quality and efficiency standards<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks<br \/>\n\u2022 Record operational data and report deviations or abnormalities<br \/>\n\u2022 Work collaboratively with accounts, maintenance and marketing<br \/>\nteam<br \/>\ni. Qualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Grade twelve (12) certificates (minimum)<br \/>\n\u2022 A technical or trade certificate in the process\/production<br \/>\noperations is an added advantage<br \/>\n\u2022 strong understanding of plant safety procedures and production<br \/>\nsystem added advantage<br \/>\n2. POSITION: FITTER<br \/>\nKey responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Assemble, install and repair mechanical components and<br \/>\nsystems<br \/>\n\u2022 Interpret technical drawings and specifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain tools and equipment in good working order<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform preventive maintenance tasks<br \/>\n\u2022 Work closely with other operation section to ensure timely<br \/>\nproject completion<br \/>\ni. Qualification<br \/>\n\u2022 Trade test certificate or equivalent qualification in fitting<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum three (03) years work experience in a similar role<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Good communication and teamwork abilities<br \/>\n3. POSITION: WELDER<br \/>\nKey responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform welding and fabrication work to specification<br \/>\n\u2022 Interpret engineering drawings and blue prints<br \/>\n\u2022 Use MIG, TIG and Arc welding techniques required<br \/>\n\u2022 Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and safety<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain a clean and safe work environment<br \/>\ni. Qualifications<br \/>\n\u2022 Trade test certificate or equivalent qualification in welding<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum three (03) years of experience in structural or general<br \/>\nwelding<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in various welding methods<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and safety awareness<br \/>\n4. POSITION: BOILER OPERATORS (02)<br \/>\nKey responsibilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Operate and maintain steam boilers and associated equipment<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor guards, meters and control systems to ensure safe and<br \/>\nefficient boiler operations<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct routine checks and perform basic troubleshooting and<br \/>\nrepairs<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain detailed records of boiler operations and maintenance<br \/>\nand inspections<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations<br \/>\ni. Qualifications and experience<br \/>\n\u2022 Grade Twelve (12) certificate<br \/>\n\u2022 Valid Boilers operator\u2019s license (minimum requirement)<br \/>\n\u2022 At least two (02) years hands on experience operating<br \/>\nindustrial boilers<br \/>\n\u2022 Good knowledge of mechanical systems and safety protocols<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
