Job Description:<\/p>\n
Capable of measuring seals and assembly & disassembly of cylinders.
\nCylinder assessment for material replacement.
\nSeal review and seal recommendation based on findings.
\nMust be able to sketch, gland, piston & cylinder designs for manufacturing drawings to be made.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
\nPerform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of hydraulic equipment.
\nRead and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
\nConduct pressure testing and performance evaluations.
\nCollaborate with the workshop supervisor and team to meet project requirements.
\nAdhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
\nDocument work performed and maintain accurate service records.
\nAssist in the installation and commissioning of hydraulic systems as needed.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
\nMinimum 10 years of proven experience as a Hydraulic Technician.
\nStrong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
\nAbility to diagnose and resolve hydraulic issues efficiently.
\nProficient in reading hydraulic schematics and technical documentation.
\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.
\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
\nRelevant technical certifications or qualifications preferred.<\/p>\n
