\nJob Summary:
\nWe\u2019re looking for a highly skilled and experienced GPS Tracking Technician\/Installer to install, maintain, and repair GPS tracking devices in vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto electrical systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles according to company standards
\nConduct site surveys to determine installation requirements
\nTroubleshoot and repair GPS tracking devices and associated electrical systems
\nPerform routine maintenance and updates on existing installations
\nProvide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
\nCollaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues
\nMaintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance
\nAdhere to safety protocols and industry regulations
\nRequirements:
\nDiploma in Auto Electrical or related field
\nAt least 2 years of experience in auto electrical installations and repairs
\nExperience with GPS tracking systems and devices (is highly an advantage)
\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring diagrams
\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills
\nGood communication and customer service skills
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nValid driver\u2019s license (optional)<\/p>\n
Desirable Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Experience with fleet management software
\nKnowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
\nCertification in electronics or telecommunications<\/p>\n
