We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Credit Officer to evaluate funding requests, manage fund account. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.<\/p>\n
Manage the end-to-end process of fund allocation, including application review, assessment, and approval.
\nDevelop and implement funding policies, guidelines, and criteria in alignment with Institutional goals.
\n\u00a0Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants
\nPrepare reports on fund utilization, Fund progress, and Monitoring Repayments.
\nIdentify new funding opportunities and strategies to expand the empowerment initiative.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, ZICA, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven experience in managing funding programs, preferably in social development or community empowerment projects of at least a minimum of 2 years.
\nStrong analytical and project management skills.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and engagement abilities.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n
