As Digital Marketing &amp; Operations Coordinator, you\u2019ll play a key role in supporting both our digital presence and our daily operations.<br \/>\nYou\u2019ll help manage and grow our presence across all Kwelan platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and work directly on the operational side\u2014assisting with bookings, onboarding car partners, and engaging with customers.<br \/>\nWe\u2019re building something fresh and ambitious, and we want someone who\u2019s ready to bring ideas, energy, and a willingness to learn.<br \/>\nIdeal Candidate<br \/>\n\u2013 Recently completed university or early in your career<br \/>\n\u2013 Aged between 22\u201330<br \/>\n\u2013 Based in Lusaka<br \/>\n\u2013 Has a basic understanding of digital marketing and social media<br \/>\n\u2013 Driver\u2019s license is a bonus (not mandatory)<br \/>\n\u2013 Creative, highly teachable, and proactive<br \/>\n\u2013 Open to feedback, takes initiative, and thrives in a casual but goal-driven environment<br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Be Doing<br \/>\n\u2013 Assisting with bookings, fieldwork, and customer support<br \/>\n\u2013 Supporting vehicle inspections and partner onboarding<br \/>\n\u2013 Helping manage our content and engagement across Kwelan social media<br \/>\n\u2013 Bringing ideas for improving brand growth and platform experience<br \/>\n\u2013 Learning and applying skills across startup operations<br \/>\nWhat You\u2019ll Get<br \/>\n\u2013 Competitive salary (yes, you\u2019ll be rewarded\u2014we\u2019re not running a pirate ship)<br \/>\n\u2013 Full startup exposure working directly with the founding team<br \/>\n\u2013 Hands-on learning in both marketing and operations<br \/>\n\u2013 A voice that matters in shaping how we grow<br \/>\n\u2013 A flexible, creative, and supportive work environment<br \/>\nPlease note: This role includes a 2-month probation period to ensure alignment, performance, and growth within the role.
