\nJob Summary
\nWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven\u00a0Senior Product Manager\u00a0with a strong business-technical background to lead the development and enhancement of our digital financial products. This individual will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable, technically sound solutions, while driving the organization\u2019s growth and innovation goals. The ideal candidate will\u00a0work closely with the IT department,\u00a0effectively bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution to deliver impactful and customer-centric solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Stargate Finance\u2019s strategic goals.
\nDrive product innovation, market differentiation, and user experience excellence.
\nOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of financial products\u2014from concept to launch and iteration.
\nWork closely with the IT department to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product initiatives.
\nDevelop and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
\nConduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform product strategy.
\nIdentify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing offerings.
\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align on priorities.
\nServe as the product champion internally and externally.
\nProvide mentorship to junior product managers and support cross-functional team collaboration.
\nFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
\nEnsure all product developments adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
\nDefine and monitor key product KPIs and success metrics.
\nUse data analytics to guide decision-making and improve product performance.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Master\u2019s degree (MBA or M.Sc.) is an added advantage.
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in product management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or banking.
\nDemonstrated success managing complex digital products from ideation to launch.
\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
\nExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
\nProficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar platforms.<\/p>\n
