Kabulonga,<br \/>\nWe are seeking for a dynamic\u00a0ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT<br \/>\nI. Position statement<br \/>\n1. Independent overall accounting treatment, use financial software to prepare accounting vouchers, correctly handle income, cost, transactions, inventory and other accounting;<br \/>\n2. Independently, timely and accurately complete the settlement work every month, issue financial statements, and complete the corresponding financial analysis;<br \/>\n3. Independently and timely check creditors rights and debt items, and strengthen early warning management of debt receivable items;<br \/>\n4. Responsible for the review of bills and able to clearly distinguish valid documents recognized by tax;<br \/>\n5. responsible for the overall tax declaration and management, including VAT, INCOMETAX, PAY, NAPSA, etc., including but not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration, tax enterprise relationship maintenance, familiarity with tax policies, statistical data submission, tax inspection, etc.<br \/>\n6. Have an in-depth understanding of the business situation of the enterprise, establish and optimize the financial process related to the business, manage the daily work such as cashier and warehouse management, and provide effective suggestions for the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the enterprise<br \/>\n7. Other work assigned by the leader<br \/>\nII. Job requirements<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 College Diploma or equivalent;<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\n3. More than 1 years of experience in general ledger and tax processing;<br \/>\n4. Familiar with national financial and economic accounting regulations and policies, tax policies;<br \/>\n5. Under the age of 30;<br \/>\n6. Strong communication skills, strong learning ability, strong pressure resistance ability, strong leadership ability, organization and management ability, and strong comprehensive coordination ability.<br \/>\nIII. Other requirements<br \/>\nIn-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles<br \/>\nAwareness of business trends<br \/>\nFamiliarity with financial accounting statements<br \/>\nExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end\/year-end close process<br \/>\nHands-on experience with accounting software packages especially Net Suite<br \/>\nTeam player, able to adapt easily and mature.<br \/>\nGood written or spoken communication skills<br \/>\nMs Office\/Software: Proficient in MS excel.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
