Position:\u00a0Construction Supervisors
\nLocation: Lusaka,Zambia
\nWe are seeking qualified and experienced Construction Supervisors to join our team at our Lusaka Headquarters.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Ensure that construction works comply with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
\nOversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities adhere to project plans and specifications.
\nSupervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site to maintain productivity and quality standards.
\nMonitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient progress.
\nLiaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
\nPrepare and submit daily progress reports and attend site meetings.
\nEnsure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Advanced certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
\nAt least 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role.
\nStrong understanding of construction methods, health & safety standards, and building codes.
\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
\nAbility to draw building plans.
\nAssist in workforce planning and provide on-site training where necessary.
\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
\n\u00a0Computer\u00a0literacy and familiarity with construction management software is an added advantage.
\nValid driver\u2019s license is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
