\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Entry Clerk with qualifications in Materials Technology to support our operations team. The successful candidate will assist in accurately recording, organizing, and managing field and laboratory test data related to construction materials.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Enter and maintain accurate records of laboratory and site test data
\nCompile materials testing reports in line with standard procedures
\nEnsure timely documentation of project data for engineering teams
\nPerform data quality checks to minimize errors and inconsistencies
\nCoordinate with materials technicians and engineers for data updates
\nAssist in preparing reports for clients and internal review<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Certificate in Materials Testing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
\nProven experience in data entry or administrative support (an added advantage)
\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and digital data platforms
\nAttention to detail with excellent organizational skills
\nFamiliarity with common materials testing procedures (soil, concrete, aggregates, etc.)
\nAbility to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines<\/p>\n
