We look forward to your application.<br \/>\nJob Title: Product Manager Remittance and Interoperability<\/p>\n<p>Works closely with Chief Products and Strategy Officer (CPSO) to develop and deploy Remittance and Interoperability product roadmaps in the OpCo, in line with the overall Group strategy, and ensures appropriate prioritization of projects is undertaken;<br \/>\nConducts extensive market and region research and creates realistic user stories for solution optimization;<br \/>\nCustomizes group provided product design in line with Country specific local nuances and takes sign-off from higher management;<br \/>\nBenchmarks region best practices and conducts extensive research to identify appropriate pricing for products;<br \/>\nDevelops proposals to amend products pricing in line with country level nuances;<br \/>\nMonitors revenue and cost for the product portfolio to maintain profitability as per organization strategy and business plan;<br \/>\nEnsures full alignment of initiatives across the business through adequate documentation and submissions to the Product Steering committee;<br \/>\nImplements adequate risk mitigation and controls, with directions from the CPSO;<br \/>\nFacilitates preparation of proposal on change initiatives SLA, policies, and procedures;<br \/>\nImplements and executes policies, procedures and guidelines cascaded by the functional lead;<br \/>\nCascades the Group Fintech budget, analytics and reporting framework in the sub-function, under direction from the CPSO;<br \/>\nEvaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of Payments strategies and proposes and offers suggestions for improvements;<br \/>\nCollaborates with the CVM to develop &amp; analyze loyalty\/reward programs;<br \/>\nResearch and analyze customer behaviour in specific geography to design loyalty rewards, in line with the overarching guidelines set by Group;<br \/>\nCollaborates with Marketing to identify potential strategic partners to drive the rewards program;<br \/>\nManages promotional calendar with third party services to drive sales growth back into the business;<br \/>\nManages the loyalty program operations (including transactions on rewards to be disbursed);<br \/>\nUses relevant metrics and measures to monitor existing loyalty &amp; reward programs;<br \/>\nGathers customer feedback on product performance and relays to the Group product teams, in a bid to improve product performance;<br \/>\nManages day-to-day product operations and establishes internal best practices in order to ensure effective utilization of the products;<br \/>\nStrengthens customer feedback loops, and scales product knowledge within the Organisation;<br \/>\nManages Quality of Service of the Product to ensure seamless customer experience;<br \/>\nTracks product performance at a business segment level, in collaboration with the business segment team and highlight any critical gaps\/issues impacting product performance to the group product development team;<br \/>\nMonitors &amp; Analyzes traffic loads and in county system &amp; platform capacity;<br \/>\nCapture Voice of Customer through CSAT surveys, product reviews, complaints etc.<br \/>\nParticipates in strategic meetings;<\/p>\n<p>Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;<br \/>\n4-year degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, Economics or a related field will be advantageous<br \/>\nMinimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar position with at least 2 years in a managerial role delivering exceptional Fintech products &amp; services or within the Fintech Payment ecosystem;<br \/>\nExperience in Fintech, banking or financial services is advantageous;<br \/>\nExperience working in a global\/multinational enterprise with a good understanding emerging markets.<\/p>\n<p>Women are strongly encouraged to apply<br \/>\nCandidates are mandated to answer the below on their cover page to the hiring Manager.<br \/>\nValues are the core of MTN Zambia\u2019s culture.
