We are located in the Industrial Area of Lusaka, so please ensure that you reside within a suitable distance for daily commuting to this location.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities include:<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry<br \/>\n\u2013 Reconcile daily sales, cash, and POS reports<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintain petty cash records and staff expense tracking<br \/>\n\u2013 Support invoicing, filing, and recordkeeping<br \/>\n\u2013 Liaise with suppliers and assist in stock reconciliation<br \/>\n\u2013 Help generate basic financial reports for management<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide general administrative support for restaurant operations<br \/>\nRequirements and Qualifications:<br \/>\n\u2013 Previous accounting experience (restaurant or hospitality background is a plus)<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace AND basic accounting software \u2013 SAGE.<br \/>\n\u2013 Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial principles<br \/>\n\u2013 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Honest, reliable, and able to work independently<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
