\nAccounting and Finance Lecturer
\nMarketing Lecturer
\nDevelopment Studies Lecturer
\nPublic Relations Lecturer
\nSuccessful candidates will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching, curriculum development, research, and student mentorship.
\n1. Accounting and Finance Lecturer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Deliver lectures and tutorials in Accounting and Finance.
\nEngage in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
\nConduct academic research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
\nProvide academic advising and support to students.
\nParticipate in departmental meetings and university functions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting and Finance.
\nMaster\u2019s degree in Accounting and Finance (mandatory).
\nTeaching experience at tertiary level
\nStrong communication and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
2. Marketing Lecturer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Teach modules in Marketing, Purchasing and Supply, and\/or Transport and Logistics.
\nDevelop learning materials and assessment tools.
\nSupervise research projects and student internships.
\nContribute to departmental strategic planning.
\nEngage with industry to ensure curriculum relevance.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Purchasing and Supply, or Transport and Logistics.
\nMaster\u2019s degree in the relevant field (mandatory).
\nIndustry or teaching experience will be an asset.
\nAbility to apply modern marketing tools and strategies in teaching.<\/p>\n
3. Development Studies Lecturer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Deliver lectures in Development Studies and Social Work.
\nGuide student research and fieldwork activities.
\nContribute to research and publication in development-related topics.
\nCollaborate with NGOs and other stakeholders in community engagement.
\nSupport student mentorship and academic advising.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Development Studies or Social Work.
\nMaster\u2019s degree in Development Studies or related field (mandatory).
\nExperience in teaching or community development is preferred.
\nGood knowledge of development theories and field practices.<\/p>\n
4. Public Relations Lecturer
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Teach courses in Public Relations, Journalism, and Mass Communication.
\nDesign course content and assessment materials.
\nGuide students in media projects and public communication strategies
\nContribute to departmental outreach and public engagement.
\nParticipate in academic research and publications.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or Mass Communication.
\nMaster\u2019s degree in Public Relations or a related field (mandatory).
\nPractical or teaching experience in media and communications is an advantage.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n
