A successful\u00a0 junior HR Manager will have a solid understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should have the ability to work independently while supporting HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and possess a strong work ethic, contributing to a positive work environment and aligning HR practices with company goals.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nHR Operations:<\/p>\n<p>Assist in overseeing and managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, payroll, and HR documentation.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.<br \/>\nSupport the maintenance of employee files, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment and Onboarding:<\/p>\n<p>Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.<br \/>\nSupport the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary training and documentation.<br \/>\nCollaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Relations:<\/p>\n<p>Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering HR-related queries and providing guidance on policies and procedures.<br \/>\nAssist in resolving employee conflicts and issues, ensuring a positive and harmonious work environment.<br \/>\nConduct exit interviews, compile feedback, and report turnover trends to the HR manager for analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Training and Development:<\/p>\n<p>Help identify training and development needs within teams and assist in the coordination of training sessions.<br \/>\nProvide support in the administration of performance reviews and employee development programs.<br \/>\nContribute to the creation and delivery of programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance and Reporting:<\/p>\n<p>Support HR compliance by maintaining knowledge of applicable local labor laws and regulations.<br \/>\nAssist in the preparation of HR-related reports and data analysis for senior management.<br \/>\nMaintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information at all times.<\/p>\n<p>HR Strategy and Projects:<\/p>\n<p>Assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.<br \/>\nParticipate in HR-related projects such as employee engagement, policy updates, and process improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n2 years Relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in a junior or entry-level position.<br \/>\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple tasks.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism with a strong ethical code.<br \/>\nCompetency in Microsoft Office and other HR management tools.<br \/>\nExcellent administrative and organizational skills.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:<br \/>\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
