Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead on-site diagnosis of complex failures (e.g. thermal runaway, BMS malfunction) and define repair solutions;
\nDeliver FMEA reports to drive product improvements;
\nDevelop battery maintenance safety protocols and standardized testing procedures;
\nCreate technical training materials for regional teams;
\nCollaborate with R&D to address recurring failures (e.g. cell degradation, connector corrosion);
\nSupport sales teams in key account technical consultations;
\nAssess feasibility of emerging technologies (e.g. solid-state batteries) in maintenance scenarios.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s in Electrochemistry, Electronics Engineering or related fields;
\n5+ years hands-on experience in battery troubleshooting, expertise in BMS circuit analysis and cell teardown;
\nKnowledge of battery safety standards (IEC 62619, UL 1973);
\nProven record in resolving critical field failures independently;
\nFluent English (working language),
\nCross-cultural engagement, especially Chinese culture.<\/p>\n
