\nThe key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
Plans and executes technology, security, networks and operational audit engagements in accordance with MTN audit methodology;
\nExecutes and coordinates continuous control monitoring including through the effective use of proactive data analytics via SQL, ACL and MS Excel;
\nAssesses inherent and residual technology, operational and fraud risks in the company\u2019s business through identification and evaluation of risks;
\nPrepares audit reports with value adding recommendations to enable the business adequately and effectively manage key risks;
\nSupports investigation of fraud incidents by planning, conducting, reporting, and documenting investigations;
\nFollows up on recommendations made from audits and investigations to ensure timely implementation by management.<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science \/Engineering or Information Technology;
\nProfessional Certification e.g. CISA, CISM or CISSP added advantage;
\nA minimum of 2 years\u2019 Information Technology Audit, progressive experience in Fintech, banking, or Telecom environments;
\nProficiency in big data analytics using SQL, ACL and MS Excel;
\nDemonstration of positive independent, objective attitude;
\nExcellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills;
\nRelationship building, team spirit and customer focus.<\/p>\n
