\nThe Role:
\nWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and upholding our brand standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
\nLead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver high levels of customer service.
\nManage reservations, guest relations, and customer feedback professionally and efficiently.
\nMonitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
\nEnforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
\nWork collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality and consistency.
\nManage budgets, set sales targets, and drive performance improvements.
\nCreate and manage staff schedules to optimize team coverage and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Experience & Education:<\/p>\n
A minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role, ideally in a high-volume or upscale dining and bar setting.
\nDemonstrated success in team leadership, operational management, and customer service excellence.
\nStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, stock control, and performance metrics.
\nA diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
\nRelevant certifications in food safety, first aid, or responsible alcohol service are advantageous.<\/p>\n
