These include the University of Zambia (UNZA), NAPSA, ZRA, FRA, ZSIC, NHA, e.t.c and other public and private institutions across the country.<br \/>\nAs a Security Guard, you will play a key role in safeguarding people, property, and assets by maintaining a visible presence, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nPatrol and monitor assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbances.<br \/>\nControl access to sites, verify identification, and ensure only authorized persons enter secured areas.<br \/>\nWrite detailed daily reports on incidents, observations, and activities during the shift.<br \/>\nRespond to alarms or emergencies and coordinate with emergency response services when necessary.<br \/>\nMaintain a high level of professionalism, discipline, and alertness at all times.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nMinimum Grade 12 Certificate (School Certificate).<br \/>\nPrevious experience as a security guard or military\/police background is an added advantage.<br \/>\nPhysically fit and mentally alert.<br \/>\nMust be disciplined, honest, and able to follow instructions.<br \/>\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nWillingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.<br \/>\nBenefits:<br \/>\nOpportunities for career growth<br \/>\nDeployment to reputable institutions across Zambia<br \/>\nSupportive and professional working environment<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
