To use his\/her best efforts to promote the sale of the Products throughout the Territory;<br \/>\n2. To use his\/her best efforts to meet the sales targets set.<br \/>\n3. To promote the Products in strict adherence to procedures, rules and professional requirements set out by the Company.<br \/>\n4. To recruit;<br \/>\n(a) Direct Sales Agents and Retailers<br \/>\nThe recruited Direct Sales Agents and Retailers shall assist the Team Lead to meet sales targets and grow their Territory,<br \/>\nAdditions;<br \/>\nTeam lead shall attend all sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows and any<br \/>\nother activity for which the Company reasonably requests attendance by Team Lead; and<br \/>\n7. To sale all Products and Services using documented procedures for handling, storage, packing, and activation of such Products;<br \/>\nKey Skills<br \/>\n1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.<br \/>\n2. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nEssential Qualifications<br \/>\n1. College Certificate or equivalent<br \/>\n2.
