The ideal candidate must be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple accounts with accuracy and efficiency.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nMaintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts for the company and assigned clients.<br \/>\nProcess invoices, payments, and expense reports while ensuring accuracy.<br \/>\nReconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly financial reports and assist clients with budgeting and financial planning.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with tax and statutory requirements for both the company and clients.<br \/>\nProvide financial insights and recommendations to management and clients.<br \/>\nUtilize accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nStrong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.<br \/>\nExperience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, Odoo).<br \/>\nAbility to manage multiple clients\u2019 books efficiently.<br \/>\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.<br \/>\nExcellent time-management and organizational skills.<br \/>\nStrong ethics and confidentiality in handling financial information.<br \/>\nProactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
