This is a hybrid role that combines core accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in software implementation and support, including ERP, accounting software, and cloud-based tools.<br \/>\nYou will work closely with clients to set up and support systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho, Odoo, and Palladium, and provide training and accounting support.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nAssist with client onboarding and system setup (ERP\/Accounting software)<br \/>\nProvide first-level support and training to clients using accounting and business software<br \/>\nPerform basic accounting tasks: reconciliations, data migration, report generation<br \/>\nWork with the senior consultants to prepare client reports and presentations<br \/>\nAssist with testing and documenting system features and process improvements<br \/>\nTroubleshoot and escalate system issues as needed<br \/>\nMaintain accurate project documentation and client support logs<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements<br \/>\n1+ year working experience in an accounting role with exposure to business software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Odoo, Zoho, Xero, Palladium)<br \/>\nFamiliarity with accounting processes: journals, ledgers, reconciliations, reporting<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills<br \/>\nGood communication and client service skills<br \/>\nFast learner with ability to grasp software tools quickly<br \/>\nAdded Advantage<br \/>\nExperience with any ERP\/Accounting software implementation<br \/>\nCertification or training in Sage\/Zoho\/Odoo\/Palladium<br \/>\nInterest in building a long-term career in Business Systems Consulting<br \/>\nWhat We Offer<br \/>\nCompetitive starting salary of ZMW 6,500<br \/>\nHands-on training in multiple business systems<br \/>\nExposure to real consulting work with diverse industries<br \/>\nCareer growth into ERP implementation, systems analysis, or senior consulting<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
