\nBrief introduction
\nZambia-China Economic & Trade Cooperation Zone Development Limited (ZCCZ) is the 1st declared MFEZ in Zambia by the Zambian government. We are working to develop two Multi-Functional Economic Zones in both Chambishi and Lusaka through the construction of infrastructure and the attraction of Foreign Direct investment.
\nHuman Resources to perform duties, ensure accuracy and provide excellent service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key Duties:
\na.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the design, development and delivery of strategic and operational HR services of the company.
\nb.\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in carrying out staff audits, identify gaps and propose staffing levels for the company.
\nc.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and\/or regulations as regards to recruitment.
\nd.\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the drafting of job advertisements for vacant jobs, screening applications, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
\ne.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in reviewing departmental recruitments, review contracts and renewals to ensure all records are up to date.
\nf.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain up-to-date and accurate staff records and filing system.
\ng.\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiate salaries, working conditions with staff and trade unions representatives
\nh.\u00a0\u00a0 Support the preparation of staff payroll every month.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Full grade 12 certificate, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related discipline. A Bachelor\u2019s degree will be an added advantage
\nMust be a paid-up member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
\n3 to 5 years proven work experience in a similar role
\nExperience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and office equipment
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/p>\n
