1. TEAM LEAD \u2013 ELECTRICIAN (SIAVONGA)
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Supervise mechanical artisans on the floor.
\nConform to 5S quality standards.
\nEnforce strict adherence to electrical safety standards, including lockout\/tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash protection, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
\nConduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
\nConduct regular team meetings to review work progress, address technical issues, and provide guidance.
\nMentor and coach team members, promoting skills development and adherence to best practices.
\nCollaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES:<\/p>\n
Full Grade Twelve School Certificate (GCE)
\nMinimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
\nAt least 3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience in Electrical Maintenance of fixed plant equipment in a Supervisory role
\nAdvanced knowledge of electrical systems, including AC\/DC motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
\nMember of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
\nFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and project management software
\nTechnical certification in electrical engineering a plus
\nDemonstrated ability to lead a team safely and improve team safety awareness.
\nProficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.<\/p>\n
