{"id":3796,"date":"2025-06-14T19:54:52","date_gmt":"2025-06-14T19:54:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/assistant-accountant-at-hardrich-engineering-services\/"},"modified":"2025-09-22T00:14:11","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T00:14:11","slug":"assistant-accountant-at-hardrich-engineering-services","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=3796","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Accountant at Hardrich Engineering Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT<\/p>\n<p>Posting Supplier and Customer Invoices into Microsoft Dynamics Navision<br \/>\nReconciling of all Receivables Accounts in Navision<br \/>\nFollowing up on all receivables that are due for payment<br \/>\nAttending and resolving issues with clients that may arise<br \/>\nProcessing Credit Notes after being authorized to do so<br \/>\nPosting Inventory Items into the System<br \/>\nWorking hand in hand with the stores team for easy reconciliation of Inventory<br \/>\nPresenting Weekly Reports on reconciled Inventory to the Finance Manager<br \/>\nAbility to Prepare Accounts up to the Final Level<br \/>\nPresenting Weekly reports on all Receivable Accounts to the Finance Manager<br \/>\nMonthly Submission and payment of PAYE, VAT, WHT, NHIMA &amp; NAPSA Returns<br \/>\nMonthly Processing of Cash Books<br \/>\nLogistical duties \u2013 Collecting and delivering Company Items as assigned by the Finance Manager<br \/>\nReconciling Petty Cash from all the 3 sites<br \/>\nHandling ZRA and NAPSA Inspectors<br \/>\nEnsuring that all expenses are posted to the right account<br \/>\nEnsuring that all cash received from cash sales is banked without delay<\/p>\n<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>Grade Twelve (12) Certificate<br \/>\nTechnician \/Diploma in Accounts<br \/>\nMust have a Valid Driver\u2019s License<br \/>\nMust have worked in a similar position at least for two (2) Years<br \/>\nExperience in submitting PAYE, VAT, WHT, NHIMA &amp; NAPSA Returns<br \/>\nMust be a member of ZICA<br \/>\nGood written and communication skills<br \/>\nAttention to details<br \/>\nComputer literacy, Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be an added advantage<br \/>\nAnalytical skills<br \/>\nProblem solving and Planning skills<br \/>\nMust be honest both in words and in action<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
