The officer will ensure high-quality customer service, portfolio growth, and risk management.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Market and promote loan products to individuals, groups, and farmers.<br \/>\nConduct credit assessments including business analysis, site visits, and verification of applicant details.<br \/>\nPrepare loan documentation and present to the Credit Committee for approval.<br \/>\nMonitor loan utilization, repayments, and ensure timely follow-up on arrears.<br \/>\nProvide client training on loan terms, financial literacy, and record-keeping.<br \/>\n\u00b7Maintain accurate client records and prepare timely reports.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.<br \/>\nA Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nExperience in microfinance, agrifinance, or community lending is preferred.<br \/>\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nHigh integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet targets.\u00b7<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of credit risk and financial principles.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
