\nThey now want to fill a vital role of an Assistant Accountant to add further value to their Lusaka based dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for talented persons, keen to make immediate contributions and prove their caliber.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Track and maintain debtor\u2019s statement,
\nContact debtors for timely payment,
\nCollect payment, and maintain cheque collection register
\nReconcile customers\u2019 accounts.
\nMaintain expenses analysis register and provide periodic reports to line manager
\nCustom duty \u2013 maintain customs register and receipt file for the company
\nMaintain all current and past records\u00a0 list
\nPerform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n
Desired Profile:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Debtors Management
\nRisk management
\nTaxation
\nFull knowledge of the local laws in the country
\nDiploma in Commerce or Business Administration or any other related field majoring in Accounting\/Finance.
\nZICA member
\nAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar position
\nTimely preparation and submission of accurate periodic reports
\nAccuracy in accounting records
\nImproved Compliance
\nReal time data entry\/verification level
\nCustomer care skills
\nHigh level of integrity
\nProficiency in MS Office applications<\/p>\n
