Role overview
\nThe Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing HR support functions to HR & Administration Department which include; Recruitment, Staffing, Performance Monitoring, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Implement the approved Human Resource operational plans and programs to facilitate the realization of the department\u2019s objectives
\nSupport staff recruitment function and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
\nCoordinate all industrial relations matters for areas of responsibility and, provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
\nOversee the provision of administration services for the Plant e.g. office supplies and consumables, office equipment, mail management, catering services, etc.
\nEnsuring all payroll inputs are correctly captured and recorded
\nManage relationships with the Plant\u2019s approved vendors and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and value for the Plant.
\nSupport the co-ordination of training activities \/ liaison with training departments and coordinating and advising on all appraisals and performance reviews for areas of responsibility
\nMaintain good industrial harmony by ensuring well-coordinated communication on all employee wellness issues and implementation of policies and procedures
\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources \u2013 Zambia<\/p>\n

Grade 12 Full Certificate
\nDegree in Human Resources\/Industrial Psychology\/Public Administration
\n4-5 years\u2019 functional relevant experience
\nMembership with ZIHRM is a must
\nValid Silicosis Certificate<\/p>\n
