\nTherefore, Infinix BU is seeking a results-driven and creative\u202fMarketing Manager\u202fto lead our marketing team and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth to be based in Lusaka. This role requires strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and a strategic mindset.
\nQualifications and Experience.

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
\nOversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
\nManage branding efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
\nConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
\nCollaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
\nMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using KPIs and analytics tools.
\nManage and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external agencies or vendors.
\nCoordinate events, sponsorships, and public relations activities as needed.
\nManage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is a plus).
\n5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
\nStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
\nProven ability to lead marketing campaigns and manage cross-functional teams.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills:<\/p>\n
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
\nExperience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
\nGraphic design or creative experience is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
