This senior-level position is responsible for developing strategic security initiatives, managing a high-performing team, overseeing security systems and infrastructure, and ensuring the overall safety of company assets, personnel, and clients.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nDevelop and implement robust security strategies, policies, and procedures.<br \/>\nLead, manage, and motivate a team of security personnel, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and shift scheduling.<br \/>\nConduct regular risk assessments and implement effective mitigation plans.<br \/>\nManage departmental budgets and ensure efficient, cost-effective operations.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices.<br \/>\nCollaborate with internal departments to address and resolve security concerns.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.<br \/>\nStay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the security sector.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nBachelors degree in Social Sciences or any related field.
