\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Provides input on control design required for fraud mitigation strategy.
\nProvides input to planning and execution of the Risk and Compliance framework, ensuring budget, time and capacity considerations are balanced with stakeholder needs.
\nSupports the Shared Service infrastructure to ensure existing and future operations needs are met;
\nUndertakes fraud risk assessments.
\nConducts root cause analysis to identify issues and incidents.
\nManages suppliers, customers and stakeholders in the performance of operational controls to ensure service levels are achieved and managed.
\nSupports incident management processes, including escalation management, issues review and approval of raised incident reports, analysis, confirming the nature and impact of the incident.
\nLogs the local control issues in the prescribed manner, format and system.
\nProvide support for the internal control\u2019s improvement program, ensuring that control gap closure are identified, reported and remediated within agreed time frames.
\nAssists with reactive and proactive Fraud Management.
\nSupports the education of internal customers on the role of Risk and Compliance (R&C) \u2013 through the R&C Governance forums.<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
\nBachelor of Degree in Business or IT related Field;
\nCISA\/CISM\/CRISC \/CFE qualification advantageous;
\nAt least 2 year experience in a complex, technology-oriented industry, data analytics, working knowledge with internal control and governance systems and environments is essential;
\nA good appreciation of financial services .<\/p>\n
