As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from clients and customers on behalf of our clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record in debt collection, we\u2019d love to hear from you!<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Contact debtors via phone, email, and in-person visits to negotiate payment arrangements<br \/>\n\u2013 Identify and prioritize high-risk debtors for swift action<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintain accurate records of debt collection activities and update databases<br \/>\n\u2013 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and facilitate payments<br \/>\n\u2013 Meet or exceed monthly debt recovery targets<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u2013 Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong communication and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficiency in MS Office and debt collection software<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Knowledge of Zambian laws and regulations related to debt collection is a plus<br \/>\n\u2013 Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field<br \/>\nWhat We Offer:<br \/>\n\u2013 Competitive salary and benefits package<br \/>\n\u2013 Opportunities for career growth and professional development<br \/>\n\u2013 Dynamic and supportive work environment<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
