His\/ Her duties will consist of managing various administrative tasks, tracking the budget, and ensuring that the program meets company goals, often working in fields like education, healthcare, or non-profits. \nKey Responsibilities:
\nProgram Management:<\/p>\n
Planning, implementing, and coordinating programs and projects.
\nDeveloping and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
\nEnsuring program objectives are met.
\nMonitoring program progress and making adjustments as needed.
\nIdentifying and mitigating risks.<\/p>\n
Administrative Tasks:<\/p>\n
Maintaining records and files.
\nCollecting and analyzing data.
\nOverseeing office operations.
\nManaging budgets and finances.
\nPreparing reports and presentations.<\/p>\n
Communication and Collaboration:<\/p>\n
Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and supervisors.
\nFacilitating meetings and workshops.
\nBuilding relationships with partners and sponsors.
\nManaging marketing and outreach efforts.<\/p>\n
Other Potential Duties:<\/p>\n
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring program staff or volunteers.
\nEnsuring compliance with regulations and policies.
\nProviding training and support to program staff.
\nManaging events and logistics.
\nIdentifying funding opportunities.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Degree in Project Management or Development Studies or Social Works and Administration
\n3 years\u2019 experience in leading staff
\nFamiliarity with effective marketing practices
\nAbility to generate analytical reports to measure program impact
\nStrong organizational and communication skills.
\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
\nKnowledge of educational principles and practices.
\nFamiliarity with program management methodologies.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nProficiency in relevant software and technology.<\/p>\n
