\nJob Title: Customer Service Sales Support
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Responds to walk in customer needs and problems relating to sim cards or phones or any other service complaint;
\nProvides features on the sim cards;
\nDeactivates\/reactivates stolen or recovered sim cards;
\nProvides, creates and maintains numbers for prepaid walk in customers;
\nReplaces\/ maintains numbers for prepaid walk in customers;
\nAcquires and maintains complete knowledge concerning the company\u2019s range of products and services and applies that knowledge in relation to customer\u2019s requirements and problems;
\nMaintains up to date literature on MTN products, sales, aids and price list;
\nStays abreast of developments in areas of expertise.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
\nDiploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent;
\nUnderstanding of various converging technologies;
\nUnderstanding of various corporate requirements;
\nComputer literacy.<\/p>\n
