Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.<br \/>\n2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth.<br \/>\n3. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis with clients to understand their training requirements and develop tailored solutions.<br \/>\n4. Solution Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized training solutions that meet client needs.<br \/>\n5. Proposal and Contract Management: Develop and manage proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients.<br \/>\n6. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets for training services.<br \/>\n7. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials to promote training services.<br \/>\n## Requirements:<br \/>\n1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the training industry.<br \/>\n2. Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.<br \/>\n3. Skills:<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong business development and account management skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.<br \/>\n\u2013 Must be a holder of a valid driver\u2019s license and confident to drive around Zambia<br \/>\n4. Personal Qualities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Results-driven and motivated to meet or exceed revenue targets.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\u2013 Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.<br \/>\n## What We Offer:<br \/>\n1.
