\nJob Purpose
\nWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Insurance Services Team. The successful candidate will support the placement of insurance business by coordinating with insurers and internal teams, reviewing policy documentation, and calling for quotations and ensuring a smooth renewal process.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Review and verify insurance policy documents for accuracy
\nEngage with insurers to obtain and negotiate quotations for new and renewal business
\nEnsure timely processing of all quotations and related documentation internally
\nProcess insurance placements with insurance companies accurately and efficiently
\nCommunicate with internal departments to fulfil client requests
\nMaintain and update relevant reports and documentation
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with insurance personnel dealing with<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Diploma in Insurance from a recognized institution (minimum requirement)
\n2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in underwriting
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\nHigh level of attention to detail and organizational ability
\nSolid understanding of insurance principles and practices
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
\nAbility to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
\nPreferred: Experience in underwriting<\/p>\n
