The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, expanding our customer base, and building brand awareness.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nMarketing:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events, etc.)<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create engaging content (blog posts, videos, graphics, etc.) to attract and retain customers<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage and maintain the company\u2019s website and social media presence<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor and report on marketing metrics (e.g.. website traffic, engagement rates)<br \/>\nSales:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiate and close sales deals<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Meet or exceed monthly\/quarterly sales targets<br \/>\nShared Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, customer service, etc.) to align marketing and sales efforts<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and maintain sales collateral (brochures, datasheets, etc.)<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide feedback on product development and pricing strategies<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Able to work on tenders and EPG system by ZPPA<br \/>\nDesirable Skills:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience and Able to work on tenders and EPG system by ZPPA<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g.. AdWords, Facebook Ads)<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Certification in marketing or sales (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing)<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
