Full accounting function for all entities under the group<br \/>\n2. Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports, cash flow statements, and performance dashboards<br \/>\n3. Oversee accounts payable\/receivable, reconciliations, petty cash, and supplier payments<br \/>\n4. Manage tax returns (ZRA), including VAT, Company Income Tax, and Withholding Tax<br \/>\n5. Prepare and file NAPSA and NHIMA returns and ensure compliance with statutory obligations<br \/>\n6. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare for audits<br \/>\n7. Advise management on budgeting, profitability, and cost-saving strategies<br \/>\n8. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements<br \/>\n9. Liaise with banks, tax consultants, ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA and external auditors<br \/>\n10. Implement and maintain robust internal controls across properties<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\n1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Zambia, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage)<br \/>\n2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the hospitality or real estate industry<br \/>\n3. Strong knowledge of Zambian tax laws and statutory filing procedures (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA)<br \/>\n4. Proven ability to manage multi-entity accounting in a growing organisation<br \/>\n5. Proficient in accounting software (Xero)<br \/>\n6. Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
