The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.<br \/>\nRegularly reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.<br \/>\nCompute taxes and prepare tax returns in accordance with Zambian tax laws.<br \/>\nSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.<br \/>\nAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.<br \/>\nEnsure adherence to Zambian accounting standards and financial regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/p>\n<p>Full Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.<br \/>\nACCA or ZICA certification is an advantage.<br \/>\nProficient in Sage 200 and advanced MS Excel skills.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of Zambian tax laws and accounting standards.<br \/>\nExcellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
